A brand-new opportunity to join this expanding team, we are on the lookout for a skilled Business Administration Executive. This pivotal role is designed for someone with a knack for multitasking and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining the sales process, from quotation to delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotations, customising offers to meet specific needs.
Efficiently handle sales order processing in NetSuite, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
Coordinate the dispatch of sales orders and prepare corresponding invoices, ensuring timely delivery and accurate billing.
Deliver exceptional service to a diverse group of customers, internally and externally, promptly addressing queries and concerns via email and phone.
Arrange transportation for dispatched equipment to ensure timely and safe delivery to customer sites.
Inform customers about the status of their orders and delivery schedules and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
