We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join the busy Conduct & Governance team based in Colchester.

This is a challenging opportunity. The successful candidate will support with the day to day management of the Conduct Risk and Governance activities for Arc Legal Group agents - eg; Brokers who we work in partnership with - covering all group entities.

Strong attention to detail and investigatory skills are required as you’ll be liaising with agents and reviewing data and MI surrounding; agent performance, conduct, commission levels and commissions gained, amongst other things to ensure regulatory compliance. Plus, supporting agent audits where required.

Ideally you will have a good insurance background and knowledge of legal expenses, however, full training is provided so candidates with strong administration skills - including strong Microsoft Excel skills - will be considered.
