Position: Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect

Location: Basingstoke (2-3 days per week)
Rate: £750 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect for a 12-month contract, working on a critical project for the UK Ministry of Defence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop and enforce IDAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IDAM-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IDAM technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IDAM Architect, preferably in a government or defence environment.
- Strong understanding of IDAM principles, frameworks, and technologies.
- Experience with IDAM solutions such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IDAM.
What We Offer:
- Competitive daily rate of £750 (Inside IR35).
- 12 month initial contract, likely to extend

Due to the nature of the work, High Level (DV) Clearance will be required for all candidates, prior to work starting.
