Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. As an IAM Specialist, you will play a key role in configuring and supporting our Identity and Access Management platforms, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Identity and Access Management platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data and systems.
  • Design and deliver EUC projects, using best practices and proven methodologies.
  • Provide training and documentation to EUC Level 3, Service Desk, and EUC Tier 2 support technicians.
  • Develop strategies to prevent future incidents and maintain corporate standards, including infosec policies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable expertise in Modern Identity and Access Management Systems, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience in applying ITIL best practices to key processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Highly motivated, solution-focused, and committed to continuous learning and skill development.
