Job Title: Product Manager - Physical Identity Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our Physical Identity Solutions product. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a market-leading, secure, and innovative product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business strategy and market trends.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products, meeting customer needs and market expectations.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product features, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Manage product profitability, tracking revenue, and expenses, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, develop sales strategies, and provide product training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on identity and access management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products, meeting customer needs, and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
