Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Middle Recruitment. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the product lifecycle, including setting budgets, vision, and roadmaps, collecting and delivering feedback, and killing products that aren't working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all Dev Teams globally using Agile methodologies
- Act as the bridge between developers, product owners, and IT Execs
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, budgets, and features
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
- Make commercial decisions and come up with practical ideas
- Treat Execs and Developers with the same level of respect and professionalism
- Have solid tenure as a Product Owner and previous end-to-end lifecycle experience
Requirements:
- Experience within an Agile environment with key deliverables
- Technical understanding or awareness within engineering and cloud applications
- Commercially savvy and able to make informed decisions
- Good communicator and collaborator
- Certification as a Product Owner is ideal (CSPO)
