You will be collaboratively working to enable business success in the specialist areas of Resourcing, Talent, Learning & Development, Graduate Programme Management, Leadership, and Performance, through design, implementation, and integration of people standards across BAE Systems. Duties and Responsibilities
Integrating key HR activities across Learning, People Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management Co-ordinating Total Talent communication to HR Business stakeholders Drafting and producing team presentations Facilitating team meetings Stakeholder management The role will provide the candidate with: Exposure across a number of HR areas Senior Leadership exposure across BAE Systems Exposure to a number of business areas of BAE Systems HR development Skills and QualificationsAs a minimum requirement, you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
