Medical Production Line Operative

Lobster Recruitment Worthing are now looking for Line Operatives to begin working for an established in the local area of Littlehampton.

The job role will involve being on your feet throughout the majority of your shift, with a keen eye for attention to detail for the successful candidates.
Previous experience working within a Production/Line Operative role would be desirable for this role.

Immediate starts are available for both full time and part time positions with the opportunity for on-going work with weekly pay.

Duties:

  • Picking and Packing customer orders.
  • Weighing out product to the measurements required for each client.
  • Work as part of a large team.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality of products produced for shipping.
  • Quality check.

    Requirements:
  • Adhere to a high standard of health and safety/personal hygiene.
  • Excellent timekeeping ability.
  • Follow instructions given by Line Supervisors.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
  • Experience in food production is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting picking/packing targets.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ensure all products are to specification
  • Ensure and check all products are supplied to relevant departments in an organised manner packed into the appropriate equipment ready for use/dispatch.
