Marketing Co-ordinator in Cardiff

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for establishing the Liberty Marketing Group (Liberty Marketing, Foundation and Balance) as the leading agency brands within each target sector and generating leads for the new business team.

In your role you will work with the leaders of our 3 agencies and support them with regular marketing tasks that include content creation, social media, PR, webinars, email outreach and newsletters. This will include campaign activity to drive new business leads, as well as nurturing existing contacts and general brand maintenance and improvement. You will also work with the various team managers and seniors across the agency to pull-in their specialist skills when required (SEO, PPC, Analytics, etc) as well as coordinate their input into content and event presentations.

As a custodian of the Liberty brands, you will be expected to be a self-starter, proactive and actively promote our values and culture internally.

Core responsibilities:

Managing the agency marketing strategy and coordinating efforts across teams 

Leading on the branding and design elements of Liberty’s content, including whitepapers, presentations, creds decks, social media content and blogs

Maintaining the Liberty websites

Managing Liberty’s Social Channels

Reactive and proactive PR

Management and maintenance of Liberty’s email campaigns and newsletters

Working with teams to maintain consistency in branding across external and internal documents

Organising events. These are manly online webinars but there will be a few in person each year.

Working with teams to deliver marketing campaigns, create content (blogs and whitepapers) and seminar talks

Writing and uploading social content and managing social profiles

Creating case studies and award entries

Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports

Any other duties as reasonably requested

Skills & Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role. Agency experience is preferred.

A creative flair and passion for digital marketing 

Experience in maintaining and updating websites and web-based platforms 

A self-starter and self-learner with strong follow-through orientation and commercial awareness

The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision 

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

A strong eye for detail and knows what a good presentation deck looks like (some design background is a bonus)

Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment

Problem solving skills and adaptability

Experience of managing email campaigns through a CRM

Experience in organising events 

The ability to perform analysis and create activity or channel reports
