We are excited to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Manger; someone who has the energy, passion and creativity to oversee and manage the day to day running of our internal exclusion room or ER as it is known in school. The successful candidate will work with our Behaviour Support Coach and Assistant Headteacher in further developing restorative behaviour strategies to promote positive attitudes to learning and behaviour. You must be committed to continually driving forward standards and maximising the potential of all students especially students in the Exclusion Room.
