Sales Administrator

Do you want to work for a well-established supplier of commercial equipment services, across a wide range of sectors?. I am looking to speak to candidates from a Sales Administration background that understands the importance of outstanding customer experience and attention to detail.

  • Process sales orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Raise customer sales invoices
  • Coordinate with various internal teams, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Process customer orders accurately, verifying pricing, quantities, and product information.
  • Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update sales order records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing enquiries and resolving any order-related concerns.

Are you:

  • IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products)
  • able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers
  • a strong team player
  • customer service focused
  • a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail
  • have strong experience in a sales administration role (minimum 2 years ideally)

The role is office based and offers free parking
