We are recruiting for a sales administrator to join our sales team based at our head office located in Heywood. Working hours are 0800 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. 1 hour lunch break.

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated administrator to join our Team to provide support in the Food Sales office at Heywood. This is an interesting and varied role working at the heart of our business with lots of opportunities for Career development.

You will be a confident and experienced individual, highly motivated with excellent office-based skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure, working in a fast-paced environment, often to timescales

**The role**
In this role you will complete varied tasks which include:

- Involved in all aspects of managing the daily requirement of our current Customers and Suppliers
- Communicating with our 3rd Party hauliers
- Sales Order Processing
- Liaising with internal departments and building relationships
- Running Sales/Supplier Reports
- Dealing with day-to-day issues on deliveries/orders
- Ordering office consumables
- Organising lunches for internal and external meetings
- Collating information and update spreadsheets
- General day to day office duties

**What we are looking for**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding Organisational skills
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach
- Willing to learn new skills
- In House Training will be given
- Clean driving license and own car is essential due to our location
