We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at our main office in Heywood, Manchester. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business by undertaking a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication with customers and suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise orders on our system accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or issues promptly.
- Create new products on the system, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered.
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures.
- Create offer sheets for our latest deals, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with customers to gauge their interest and provide additional information as required.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a busy wholesale environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including experience with order management systems.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Hours of work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
