**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in our sales and customer service operations. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, managing warm leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing essential administrative support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, as sales training will be provided, and there is potential for increased hours in the future.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and the ability to follow instructions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Availability to work 2 days a week, with the potential for flexible working arrangements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Warm Lead Management: Contact potential students via phone, effectively communicate our educational offerings, and establish strong rapport to convert warm leads into customers.

3. Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met, addressing any concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.

4. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organised records.

5. Weekly Progress Reporting: Generate and submit weekly reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and customer interactions to provide insights into sales performance.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Hourly wage of £10.42 per hour.
- Initial commitment of 8 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours in the future.
- Sales training and professional development.
