Digital Communication Engagement Advisor Role Profile

 

We are looking for a passionate digital communications expert to join our hard-working team delivering communications for a council that is very ambitious for its city.  

 

We need someone who is as at ease playing a leading role in driving the organisation’s digital communications strategy as they are in getting out and about, meeting teams and communities and creating engaging content that informs residents about the 300 plus services we provide.  

 

This post holder will drive the continuous evolvement of our digital platforms, so we’re looking for an all-rounder who not only understands the technology but can also ensure we are being creative in how we engage with our audiences. 

 

We need someone who is experienced in designing, implementing and evaluating strategies for social media and email marketing, has a track record of delivering effective digital campaigns, excellent copywriting and content creation skills and a thirst for trying new things. 

 

The post holder will be the digital expert in a team of experienced and highly proficient communications professionals, so a willingness to collaborate on delivering campaigns that make a difference and share know-how with others is essential.
