Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a successful organisation based in West Lothian, recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a temporary ongoing basis.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage Recruitment including obtaining internal sign off, posting adverts, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, making job offers and rejecting candidates.
  • New employee compliance including issuing contracts, pre employment checks, ordering PPE and arranging inductions.
  • Point of contact for line managers, senior leadership team and employees to provide HR advice and guidance.
  • Deal with employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, attendance and performance management review and meetings.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and adhere to across the site.
  • Work closely with Occupational Health Advisor.
  • Send out HR letters and documentation, ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide HR data and reports.
  • Check time and attendance data and provide payroll report to outsource payroll partner for processing.
  • Maintain HR database, employee records and files including electronic and manual archiving.

Persen Required

  • Previous experience of working within a HR generalist role.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office, HR database, T&A, ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work on your own initiative to complete tasks by deadlines.
