My client is an international leader in the design and manufacture based in the suburb of the City of Stoke-on-Trent.

Description

The key responsibilities of anOffice Co-Ordinator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Prepare and send quotations
  • Update Sales Spreadsheet with invoice details
  • Book courier pick-ups, prepare all notes and paperwork
  • Completing and maintaining filing system
  • Cover switchboard and reception duties
  • Make hotel and travel reservations
  • Prepare and issues invoices
  • All general administrative duties

Profile

A successful Office Co-Ordinator should have:

  • Relevant background experience of Business Support / Office co-ordinator
  • Ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Offer
