About The Role:
The Strategic Finance Business Partner is a pivotal role designed to drive strong financial performance and strategic decision-making. As one of two key leaders in this role, the post holder will be responsible for delivering the financial management and reporting service to the Professional Services. As a confident and influential leader, and utilising your professional expertise, you will work closely with the Directors and their teams, ensuring they have the financial information and insights they need to develop and deliver their business plans
Welsh Language Skills:
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
