About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the City & County of Swansea. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our organisational strategy, working closely with senior leaders and managers to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and managers
  • Lead on organisational design and development initiatives to drive business improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a strong track record of delivering business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
