Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced facilitator and OD practitioner to join our Widening Access, Equality and Careers (WAEC) Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and the embedding of our 'One Bay Way'.

Main Duties of the Job

You will be responsible for facilitating and delivering organizational development priorities, working in partnership with Service Group Leads and HR Business Partners. You will also work closely with the Education & Learning and Culture, OD & Staff Experience Teams to deliver a wide range of OD programmes, including leadership development programmes at senior management level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage change and organizational development within complex working environments
  • Deliver learning & development interventions to achieve cultural change
  • Lead on the implementation of projects and evidence return on investment of personal development programmes, interventions, and practices
Requirements

We welcome applications from both clinical and non-clinical professions and backgrounds. You will need to have a sound knowledge of OD and techniques of delivery, assessment, and evaluation, as well as experience of managing change and organizational development within complex working environments.
