Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced facilitator and OD practitioner to join our Widening Access, Equality and Careers (WAEC) Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy, the Health Board's vision for a high-quality organisation, and the embedding of our 'One Bay Way'.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will use their specialist knowledge to identify, plan, design, deliver, and evaluate the Widening Access, Equality & Career Development Programmes and Bespoke Organisational Development activities to meet organisational objectives and workforce requirements under the direction of the Head of Widening Access, Equality and Careers.

The core programmes in the portfolio include, but are not limited to; cultural conversations, workforce equality-related activity, coaching, mentoring, personal development programmes (Optimise and Optimise Advanced).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Learning & Development interventions to achieve cultural change
  • Experience of managing change and organisational development within complex working environments
  • Experience of delivering a wide range of OD programmes but specifically leadership development programmes at senior management level, experience of leading on the implementation of projects
  • Evidence of return from investment of personal development programmes, interventions, and practices
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent professional experience, sound knowledge of OD and techniques of delivery, assessment, and evaluation, and be an accredited or experienced coach.
