Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced facilitator and organizational development practitioner to join our Widening Access, Equality and Careers (WAEC) Team. As a WAEC & OD Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and the embedding of our 'One Bay Way'.

Main Duties of the Job

You will be responsible for facilitating and delivering organizational development priorities, working across all areas of the Health Board and in partnership with Service Group Leads and HR Business Partners. You will also work in partnership with the Education & Learning and Culture, OD & Staff Experience Teams and wider Workforce colleagues to deliver cultural change and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and deliver organizational development priorities, including cultural change and improvement initiatives
  • Work in partnership with Service Group Leads and HR Business Partners to commission bespoke WAEC & OD consultancy work
  • Collaborate with the Education & Learning and Culture, OD & Staff Experience Teams and wider Workforce colleagues to deliver organizational development priorities
  • Develop and deliver learning and development interventions to achieve cultural change
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their personal and professional development
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with a Master's degree or equivalent professional experience, who has sound knowledge of organizational development and techniques of delivery, assessment, and evaluation. You should also be an accredited or experienced coach, with experience of managing change and organizational development within complex working environments.
