Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced facilitator and organizational development practitioner to join our Widening Access, Equality and Careers (WAEC) Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and the embedding of our 'One Bay Way' vision.

Main Duties of the Job

You will be responsible for facilitating and delivering a wide range of organizational development programs, including leadership development, cultural conversations, and workforce equality-related activities. You will work closely with Service Group Leads and HR Business Partners to commission bespoke consultancy work and collaborate with the Education & Learning and Culture, OD & Staff Experience Teams to deliver organizational development priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and deliver organizational development programs to achieve cultural change and improve workforce equality
  • Work with Service Group Leads and HR Business Partners to commission bespoke consultancy work
  • Collaborate with the Education & Learning and Culture, OD & Staff Experience Teams to deliver organizational development priorities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with a Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in organizational development, coaching, or a related field. You should have a sound knowledge of organizational development techniques and tools, as well as experience of managing change and delivering learning and development interventions. You should also be able to demonstrate compassionate leadership, personal values, and a detailed understanding of widening access, equality, leadership, culture, and behavior improvement research theory and practice.
