Regional Business Developer - About the role:

As a Regional Business Developer, you will be responsible for the overall sales and revenue of customers in markets A & B within the Southeast and London region, aiming to achieve and surpass the quarterly growth targets. The primary objective of this role is to maintain and grow your accounts year-on-year through regular face-to-face contact building strong relationships, ensuring customers understand our products and consistently identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.

Additionally, this role involves seeking out new business within the mentioned zone to maximize regional spend and provide support to the internal business development team by using face-to-face interactions to close deals in a timely manner as well as working closely with the Sales and Support team to resolve and escalate field issues, which may include conducting site visits when necessary.

• Engage in Face-to-Face contact with all customers within dedicated region according to a specified quarterly visit schedule.
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
• Carrying out market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities within your region.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deal closure within the field
• Collaborating with the internal sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Keeping a tidy and up to date pipeline, effectively managing deals by consistently updating information and efficiently progressing them through the pipeline.
• Record all customer interactions and conversations within Pipedrive
• Hit KPA targets, as agreed documented separately.

Regional Business Developer - Why you would suit the role:
