G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis based in Manchester.

 

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work individually using their own initiative or as part of a team. You will provide an effective and efficient administration service to a functional/departmental team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial knowledge of raising purchase orders/good receipting.

  • Preparation of reports and projects.

  • Operating the FM helpdesk, logging and taking calls in a timely manner.

  • Upkeeping and operating of CAFM system; responsible for closing all tasks in line with the SLA codes.

  • Systematic and orderly record keeping.

  • Accurate data handling and input.

  • Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention.

  • Managing own workload to ensure delivery of works meets the required timescales.

  • To assist with any other administrative activities that are required to support the team.
