Our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation partner with a range of global customers, working closely with major airlines such as British Airways, easyJet, Wizz Air, Iberia, Vueling, Air Canada, Etihad and Qatar.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Managing Director, this varied role will directly support the Management team with the coordination and communication of Engagement events. Activities will include event planning with internal and external stakeholders, internal communication as well as providing general administrative support (including travel coordination) to the Management team and the wider business.

Highly organised, proactive and forward thinking, your skills and abilities will also support ongoing engagement activities and internal communication activities as a key part of our on-going growth and business transformation activities.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage the calendar of senior Managers including scheduling meetings, appointments and events.
Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve in a timely manner.
Coordinating Employee Briefing sessions and events.

Travel coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation and where necessary visas.
Prepare itineraries and where necessary, information packs to ensure Management Director, Management and Leadership teams are well prepared for trips.
Manage visits from Group executives, customers, suppliers, auditors.

Administration:
Provide administrative support to the Management Team including drafting correspondence, preparing reports and maintaining files and records.
Assist with preparation of presentations and documents for meetings and events.

Employee Engagement and Communication:
Manage communications linked to:
oEmployee Briefing sessions and Group needs (weekly highlights, monthly updates, BSC exec summary distribution)
Liaise with key Sponsors and Committees, providing administrative and communication support (Social media platforms and internal electronic information boards) for key organisational initiatives such as Site Development (growth, carbon reduction, modernisation), Health and Wellbeing activities for employees, Charity events and coordination.

KEY MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE
Continuous Improvement: Raise four ideas per annum.
Health & Safety: Raise five Near Misses/Deviations per annum.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. The key attributes to be successful in this role are to be enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated, good communicator and a strong attention to detail
