Established in 2000, our organization has pioneered the digitization of construction initiatives, enhancing their efficiency, security, and sustainability. The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the deployment of Thinkproject's business solutions, managing timelines, risks, financials, tasks, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation phase.
- Steer a program from inception to completion, utilizing recognized project management methodologies
- Accountable for program advancement, oversight, documentation, stakeholder engagement, change management, and successful program conclusion
- Facilitate collaboration among project teams and resources, delineate program scope and objectives
- Develop and uphold program documentation, including program plans, charters, budget projections, and control mechanisms
- Consistently update project stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, exceptions, and risks
- Track progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones and deliverables
Qualifications for the position:
- 5-10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing projects and teams
- Proficiency in software deployment projects
- Certification in project management such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI, or SCRUM Master
