We are looking for an International Growth Markets EMEA Lead to join our team in London. This team is working within Nasdaq’s Investment Intelligence (“II”) marketing organization which will be closely collaborating with the APAC Lead as well as the other II marketing teams in Edinburgh and in the U.S.

An executional role, the International Growth Markets EMEA Lead will plan and run marketing programs to accelerate business growth for analytics, data and index businesses. In accordance with our values the International Growth Markets EMEA lead will:

Act as an Owner – Designs, develops and implements marketing programs. Uses specific marketing strategies to launch and position products and services in a region. Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams. Responsibilities are within the Marketing Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

Play as a Team –

Within II Marketing – Works closely with GTM to analyze market development, product trend and competitive environment in the coverage area to develop targeted marketing strategy and campaigns. This has to align with business priorities with revenue attributed to marketing.With II – Works with multiple stakeholders and vendors/agencies to support revenue marketing initiatives and to build customer loyalty.

Fuel Client Success – Identify and bridge gaps that key clients and prospects might have missed. Offer Nasdaq’s unique marketing toolkit to achieve marketing influence/contribution. Nurture global accounts in the coverage area.

Drive Innovation – Determine concept and approach to reinforce the global brand franchise in the region and, with support from Digital, to promote products via multiple channels and thought leadership content.

Lead with Integrity – Monitor campaign metrics against budget. Ensure compliance with internal policy/ regulatory requirement. Protect clients’ interest.

Other responsibilities

Across II – analytics, data, index businesses

Provides marketing support for product promotions and marketing campaigns including presentations, collateral, website development, customer and executive communications, whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives, event support and more.Determines concepts and approach to design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures and audio/visual materials.Manages relationships with agencies and vendors ensuring that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget.Coordinates company involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars.Experienced in both traditional marketing and digital/social marketing. Familiar with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.Monitors marketing campaign metrics against plan and within budget.Provides functional advice and training to less-experienced marketing analysts; develops talent and coordinates tasks across the marketing team.

Experience: investment product/brand marketing experience and the ambition to be a leader of a small team that contributes to business revenue.Functional: Product and market knowledge. Understanding of the regional competitive environment and clients’ needs. We will value knowledge in the Index product space.Behavioral: Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill with multiple stakeholders of various seniority. Entrepreneurial, self-driven and result oriented.Cultural: Culturally sensitive given the role supports multiple markets and understanding of the local markets/ecosystem. Strong work ethic and a team player.Flexibility to take meetings outside of work hours as you will work with a time diversed team.
