Outbrain is seeking a Director of Business Marketing to cover the EMEA region based in London, with a focus on our advertiser's business.

 Reporting to the Global Head of Business Marketing and International, you will craft and execute a marketing plan within your markets in partnership with the other marketing departments, by aligning to the corporate marketing strategy and the Outbrain’s business objectives, executing locally to achieve KPIs and ensuring delivery of quarterly sales and growth targets. You will land and expand programs and support the broader marketing team by providing best practices sharing and feedback for constant improvement and innovation. In collaboration with the regional sales organization, you will be the primary marketing leader for the EMEA and leverage data to inform the strategy across inside sales, managed sales and partner teams. It will require building and nurturing relationships with the regional sales teams to over-communicate and gain alignment on marketing plans.

This role will partner with experienced regional Marketing Managers who will support you on executing the Business Marketing strategy in our key EMEA markets.

Role and Responsibilities:

Acting as a strategic business partner to our regional sales teams, the Business Marketing team accelerates pipeline and increases revenue through the creation and execution of a regional marketing strategy in alignment with business priorities and in partnership with the broader Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams Oversee and drive brand awareness, product offering adoption and business marketing plans to support revenue objectives of growing the existing base and acquiring new customers Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include demand generation campaigns/nurtures, field and industry events, webinars, PR, and more Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across the Outbrain platforms Manage a team of 3 experienced regional marketers across our key markets Work closely with local & global sales teams to support topline business goals Manage relevant agencies and 3rd parties in the execution of programs Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute marketing programs Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget

Desired skills and experience :

A proven track record in managing B2B marketing organizations across one or more EMEA markets. Past experience delivering, accelerating and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing 8+ years experience in marketing and communications Remote management experience Experience working in global teams Strong leadership qualities: create clarity, generate energy & demonstrate results Experience working in the Ad Tech industry and fast-paced environments Experience building and executing field/geo-specific marketing plan(s) Experience managing budgets strategically Strong analytical skills: Ability to measure, analyze, and improve marketing programs Experience working with creative and PR agencies and leading RFP processes
