About this opportunity

Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Senior Occupational Therapist? Join our Screening and Assessment Team within the Long Term Assessment and Review Service, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping adult social care.

We support adults aged 18+ living in the community with long-term care needs. In this senior role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of health, social care, and third-sector organisations across Cumbria, conducting strengths-based assessments that promote independence and reduce the need for formal long-term care. If you’re a passionate professional ready to elevate your career and lead impactful change, we’d love to hear from you.

Fundamentally, we are seeking individuals who embody our organisation's core values: ambitious, collaborative, compassionate, empowering, and innovative. We believe in the power of these values to drive positive change and shape a better future for our communities. Your commitment to these principles will be instrumental in delivering services that are vital to the well-being and prosperity of our residents.
