Inizio Engage are recruiting on behalf of their client, based in B77, Tamworth who are looking to add to their team and are in need of a Sales Administrator. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • General sales administration duties to support eh sales process and a team of technical engineers;
  • Managing pipeline opportunity through CRM system;
  • Administration of proposals and proactive sales activities to convert orders;
  • Working with the service and sales departments to ensure administration is completed on time as well as other teams such as Finance and Operations;
  • Customer database management;
  • Dealing with queries over the telephone from customers in a professional manner

The successful candidate will have worked previously in a similar role and ideally within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment and will also have experience of:

  • CRM Knowledge
  • Business Central Knowledge or something similar
  • Office 365
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communicator with good data entry skills are also required for this position.
