Signage Business Development Manager

Northampton

£40,000 + OTE bonus

Are you a Business Development Manager with signage & contract interiors experience? Are you a driven individual that strives to identify clients, build relationships and generate growth?

This is the perfect role for you

We are working on behalf of our client based in Northampton, who are a national signage and contract interior supplier. They work predominantly with national house builders and have an expert team of designers and experienced tradesman.

Over the past 25 years they have grown a reputation for quality design, manufacturing, and installation. Working alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

They are now looking for a New Business Development Manager to join their creative and talented team.

This is a superb opportunity to work with one of the leading suppliers of signage and Marketing Suite interiors for major housing developers. Your role is to identify new clients in this sector and new sectors.

The essential requirements:

* A UK driving license & willingness to travel is essential.

* Proven record of increasing revenue through business development.

* Relevant signage and contract interiors or exhibition sales experience (or experience selling to major housing developers)

* Good written & verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and stay calm & focused during busy times.

* Live in or around Northamptonshire for easy access to our office in Northampton.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients and new partnerships.

* Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.

* Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.

* Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary: £40,000 PA

* Car Allowance: c.£6,000

* Generous Commission
