We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Commercial Paralegal to join our busy team at Pertemps Northampton. As a key member of our Corporate Commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting our solicitors on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs/buy-ins, and corporate restructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing electronic data rooms, including organizing redacting and uploading documents, and liaising with clients/third parties.
  • Assisting with file management, including drafting and approving corporate ancillary documents, such as Board Minutes and Shareholder Resolutions.
  • Preparing documents for completion, attending disclosure and completion meetings, and assisting with post-completion matters.
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure seamless execution of corporate transactions.

Requirements:

  • A law degree and a strong understanding of corporate law.
  • Excellent IT, verbal, and written communication skills, together with excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a friendly and supportive team environment.
