Assistant Framework Manager

 

Roles and Responsibilities


General Framework Management

·            Support the team in updating and maintaining internal and external framework Sharepoint sites and client databases including document updates, project financial data and pipeline

·            Liaise with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to organise and attend relevant meetings, prepare notes, capture data, circulate actions, and communicate /  follow up

·            Monitor the framework leads and prospects and ensure opportunities are accurately logged

·            Research target growth sectors

·            Assist with training of Mace project teams with creation of presentations and briefing packs

·            Collate, manipulate, and analyse internal data from various sources to produce reports and visual presentations to support regular framework development and reporting (e.g. Framework Board reports)

·            Liaise regularly with internal teams to collate data for Project and KPI reporting and ensure framework data held is accurate

·            Work with framework team to drive compliance and continuous improvement across all framework projects, including adherence to corporate processes and systems

·            Support project teams with Contract preparation process (e.g. Docusign)

·            Provision of some support to internal financial and commercial management processes

·            Collate and Prepare data required for annual Framework Audits.

 

Reporting

·            Manage internal monthly reporting data capture activities

·            Collation of information for external monthly and quarterly performance reports

·            Oversee data collection and checks for Key Performance Indicators

·            Coordinate information flow with sectors and project teams, sharing framework guidance documents to support consistent delivery to meet framework requirements

 

Framework development activities

 

·            Support of framework initiatives with external framework team including events planning (e.g. Social Value, Supply Chain Engagement)

·            Create PowerPoint presentations for client interviews and various meetings and events

·            Support teams in preparation of submissions and presentations for opportunities

·            Produce capability statements / documents and case studies from existing projects

·            Support marketing and business development in campaigns and client engagement activities

·            Undertake research of; clients, core sectors, construction market dynamics, government and industry publications, white papers etc

·            Maintain bid information and ensure information accurately reflects the opportunity status

 

About you

·            A self-motivated, proactive and trustworthy professional, methodical and organised approach to duties

·            Ability to undertake several tasks at once and manage own workload and deadlines

·            A team player and good communicator with the ability to operate as a part of a team or under own initiative

·            Experience of working within a consultancy or construction organisation beneficial

·            Has some research and analysis experience as part of wider role

·            Good IT skills (Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as collaboration systems such as Sharepoint, MS Teams

 

 

Location flexible; part-time available
