Pay Rate: 14.32 per hour, 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday

We are partnering with a prestigious public sector client in Wales, who are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key public sector organisation, working remotely with some initial office attendance required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment procedures and addressing general recruitment queries.
  • Drafting changes to terms and conditions.
  • Handling parental leave and sick absences.
  • Processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
  • Administering pensions.
  • Responding to HR & payroll enquiries.
  • Developing and providing management information and analysis.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Previous experience in a shared service centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and related software/applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly accurate data entry skills
