We are partnering with a prestigious public sector client in Wales, who are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key public sector organisation, working remotely with some initial office attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment procedures and addressing general recruitment queries.
- Drafting changes to terms and conditions.
- Handling parental leave and sick absences.
- Processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Administering pensions.
- Responding to HR & payroll enquiries.
- Developing and providing management information and analysis.
- Previous experience in a shared service centre environment.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and related software/applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly accurate data entry skills
