Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a recent graduate with a keen interest in HR to join our team as an HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a wide range of HR functions and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support across a range of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to general HR queries from employees, offering advice on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organising HR-related meetings and providing administrative support for various HR projects.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes, with a focus on enhancing employee self-service tools and efficient workflows.

Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (HR experience preferred but not essential).

During your initial training period, you will be required to work in the office 3-4 days per week. After training, this will reduce to 2 days a week, with one day being Wednesday.
