This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & HR Assistant to join an innovative medical company based in London.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with regulatory compliance, monitor internal controls, and support audits to ensure all sites meets all necessary standards and guidelines
Collaborate on HR processes, from recruitment to onboarding, helping ensure a positive employee experience and seamless HR operations
Maintain accurate employee and compliance records, manage confidential information securely and streamline documentation processes
Assist in the creation and roll-out of policies that support values and commitment to ethical research and patient-centred care.
Requirements

Previous experience in a compliance, HR, or administrative role; healthcare or research setting experience is a plus
A meticulous approach to maintaining records, monitoring regulations and following up on compliance matters
Excellent written and verbal communication to support both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient with MS Office and HR software; experience with compliance software is an advantage
