HR and Compliance Coordinator

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Legal HR Assistant, you will become an integral part of our team, working closely with our legal and HR experts to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the legal and HR teams
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts
- Supporting recruitment and employment matters
- Owning the data protection process
- Managing HR records and updating HR systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Law, HR or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
