You will be working for a Global Consultancy based in London.

**Description**

The HR Coordinator will report into the HR Manager and will provide excellent service and support to employees throughout the life cycle. You will be responsible for a range of duties that will give you great exposure to the HR function in a Global Consultancybased in London.

You will be responsible for:

- On boarding: offer letters and contracts
- Background checks and right to work checks
- Highly competent managing HR systems, Salesforce would be advantageous
- Acting as a first point of contact for all new starters
- Processing any contractual changes, including salary changes, working patterns etc.
- Off boarding: leavers paper work, managing exit surveys etc.
- Responding to any queries on HR policies

**Profile**
- Experience working as an administrator/coordinator within an HR function
- Experience within a professional services/corporate environment would be advantageous
- A positive, proactive team player that meets every task with enthusiasm and diligence
- Able to prioritise conflicting workload, think ahead, anticipate problems, and provide solutions, as an ever-changing agenda will feature highly in this role
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and pace

- Hours of work: 9.00 - 5.30pm
