Job Title: HR Administrator

Work Pattern: 37 hours per week

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a recent graduate with a keen interest in HR to join our team as an HR Administrator. As an HR Administrator, you will provide support across a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  2. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  3. Respond to general HR queries from employees, offering advice on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  4. Support the organisation of HR-related meetings and provide administrative support for various HR projects.
  5. Contribute to the improvement of HR processes, with a focus on enhancing employee self-service tools and efficient workflows.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (HR experience preferred but not essential).

Working Arrangements:

You will be required to work in the office 3-4 days per week during your initial training period. After training, this will reduce to 2 days a week, with one day being Wednesday.
