Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, customer-driven environment? Join our Rapid Diagnostics team as a Customer Service Specialist We're seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to help support our nationwide operations and ensure excellent service delivery.What We Offer:

Competitive salary: £25,100 per year.Additional £6,000 for night shifts.A shift-based role providing flexibility and a strong work-life balance.Office hours: 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with shifts like 8am to 4pm, 12pm to 8pm, and potential shifts from 10am to 6pm.Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service, handling medical centre bookings and dashboard administration.Manage the "Chemist on Call" service and oversee medical centre openings.Respond to customer queries via phone and email promptly and professionally.Follow standard operating procedures to meet service levels (SLAs) and KPIs.Work closely with your team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.A team player who can lead by example and has a proven record of meeting targets.Why Work With Us?A diverse and inclusive workplace that encourages innovation and collaboration.Opportunities to grow and develop in a rewarding environment.We are committed to being an equal opportunity employer and provide reasonable adjustments for individuals with disabilities.
