Working across both Bet and Gaming planning, you'll work with the wider team to support the business; shaping its strategic plans and Big Bets for the future.

Here are some of the main responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure planning targets are completed on time and to agreed standards across Bet & Gaming.

  • Support the 3-year business planning cycle by collaborating and aligning plans for the different business areas.

  • Consolidate the annual plan, ensuring this is reviewed and communicated on a regular basis.

  • Ensure all functions within your area are effectively represented in strategic plans, e.g. product, tech and Marketing

  • Ensure operational alignment to the strategy and regularly flag risks on delivering against the plans.

  • Work collaboratively with the planning team to embed and align effective ways of working across the business.

How you'll do it

  • As you'll be embedding yourself with varies teams to align and streamline plans, strong communication and collaborative working skills are vital.

  • Draw on your experience in leading a team of people to work towards a common goal, providing challenge and encouraging each other along the way.

  • A skilled relationship manager, youâll build strong, sustainable business relationships.

  • Experience of project management processes and demonstrates strong organisation and influencing skills, also demonstrating commercial awareness.

  • You will have experience of managing and prioritising multiple, varied challenges at the same time, including reacting to short-term opportunities, while also having a focus on planning 12 months ahead in order to align all areas of the business.

  • Youâll be adaptable and inclusive, not only supporting your own team but working at a senior level across the organization to make sure that great plans turn into seamless delivery.
