Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Planning Director. This role will oversee the planning and governance of our company's resources, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capex Planning and Governance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive capex planning process, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.
  • Resource Planning and Optimization: Lead the development of a strategic resource plan, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance resource utilization.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with resource planning and capex investments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in on resource planning and capex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, resource management, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
