We are seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key player in the development process, you will lead on all matters of planning from early site feasibility studies to overseeing the planning process and seeing the site through to delivery. You will report to the Technical Director and Land Director.

This role offers agile working arrangements, allowing for a flexible work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a residential house builder in a planning capacity
  • Experience in people management and project leading
  • Capable of implementing change and of using initiative

  • Awareness of the social and environmental impact of your work
  • Capable of strategic vision and decision making/problem solving/multi-tasking
