I am currently hiring for a Corporate Receptionist positon to work for one of London's leading investment management firms based in stunning offices in the City of London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Corporate Receptionist role and has worked in a fast paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Meet and greet all guests
- Manage a busy switchboard
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Act as first point of contact for all visitors
- Organise staff lunches as and when required
- Assist with Events
- Ensure all stationery, and kitchen supplies are replenished
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with any ad hoc duties
- Inbox management
- Organise and coordinate staff socials
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience working in a Receptionist role within a corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Detail-oriented, reliable & a team player
