- To respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone, email and Microsoft teams messages.
- Visitor management (meet and greet, notifying host, escorting to meeting room)
- Book meeting rooms and assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of rooms
- Booking travel, accommodation, booking couriers, taxis.
- Managing hospitality for events, large meetings
- Arranging refreshments as required.
- Ordering office supplies
- Operating the switchboard for external calls
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
- Manage and distribute any post as required.
- Previous Receptionist / Front of House experience in a busy corporate environment.
