  • Generalist HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • CIPD qualification.

This role is offering a salary of up to 34,000pa and hybrid working of 2-3 days from home.
