Here at the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health, we deliver a number of national quality improvement (QI) programmes to enable the delivery of high-quality, equitable, mental health care.  

We are looking to recruit a Head of Quality Improvement to work alongside the existing Head of QI to manage our expanding portfolio of work, including our new programme to improve the culture of care on Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism inpatient wards in England.

This is an opportunity to lead, along with the Directors and partner organisations, an ambitious, high-profile programme aiming to support change to the culture of inpatient care in England, and we are looking for an experienced QI leader who shares our values, and who is driven improve mental health care.

Applicants should have a track record of QI leadership experience. We are looking for people who are able to work flexibly and creatively according to the needs of the teams that they are leading and working with.

We are looking for someone who is committed to co-production, equity and sustainability in the way that they work, as well as an enthusiasm for learning.
