Starting Salary: £26,837 to £29,379 per annum

Location: Create in the Community, main hub (IG11) and other community learning settings.

Contract: Permanent, Term time only.


We are seeking an analytical coordinator, able to build relationships with parents and staff, ensuring the attendance of vulnerable young people with complex needs.

The Attendance Officer provides excellent stakeholder engagement to support the actioning of the TCES Attendance Toolkit, embedding routine attendance, recording and monitoring, and supporting pupils, parents and staff to ensure the pupils get the most out of their education through TCES' unique community provision.

TCES Create in the Community deliver bespoke learning and therapeutic interventions to neurodiverse pupils within community based settings, who have a range of complex needs, and who demonstrate behaviours linked to tier 3 / 4 traumas. Pupils are encouraged to find and express their creativity and provided opportunities to achieve awards, alongside traditional subjects, as they move from dependence on others to independence through intensive therapeutic interventions..
