Welfare Officer/first Aider Required for Secondary

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Welfare Officer/First Aider to work full-time at a fantastic secondary school in Barking

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

**Duties can include**:

- Using the school’s internal system to record data
- Ensure that prompt, consistent and rigorous intervention with poor attendance is robust
- Have responsibility for monitoring the attendance of most vulnerable students
- Manage the process of addressing poor attendance

**The ideal applicant will have**
- Experience of working in a school
- A real passion for working within an education environment
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
- Valid first aid certificate
- Attendance Officer experience
